We ship all of our orders via USPS with tracking and insurance. If necessary, please inquire about international shipping.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We do not offer returns or refunds.

We will review EXCHANGES on a case to case basis. We will not accept exchanges due to minor scratches, marks or the like. Each product is handmade and may vary slightly in shape, color or detail. All cows are different (aw, just like us!) and some hides will show scarring more than others. We do our best to avoid heavily scared areas. For potential returns or exchanges, if you are local, your best bet is to visit us in person with your items.

THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON CUSTOMIZED ITEMS. If you are unsure of a size, DO NOT monogram the belt. This includes but is not limited to items with monograms, initials, custom sized items. Should you receive a belt that does not fit, based on the measurement you have supplied - we are not liable. Please review our waist measurement guidelines for more information on how we size our belts.

You will be liable for all shipping costs related to an exchange.
